SHIPPING METHOD AND COST

• Shipping within Greece is FREE for purchases over €99. From and under €99 the shipping costs are €3.00. The courier company we work with is ACS, with one of the largest distribution networks in Greece. In the rare case that the area you live in is not served by its network, karamoutas.gr will send you your order in an alternative way and at the same fee.
• The charge with a total weight of 3kg and up to a weight of 30kg for shipping with ACS increases by €1 for each additional kg over 3kg. Parcels weighing more than 30 kg are sent with a transport company and charged by the customer (free shipping applies for purchases over €99)
• There is, of course, the option of receiving the products free of charge from our store in Nigrita.
• Overseas orders are not shipped

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Cash on delivery method.

Payment upon receipt of the order. When the employee of the courier company ACS comes to your place to deliver the parcel, you pay the value of your order in cash. The cost for the cash on delivery service is two (2) euros

2. Payment by card.

Through EUROBANK's secure e-pos system

3. Payment by deposit to a Bank Account.

You can transfer the amount owed to one of the following bank accounts:

4. Payment at the store (Valid for collection from the store)

PRODUCT RETURNS

PRODUCT RETURNS – FREE

You have the right to return the product you received within 30 calendar days at no cost whatsoever and request that it be replaced with another size or product. For returns within Greece and Cyprus, you do not incur transport costs, as long as you use the transport company we will indicate to you. For returns from abroad, the return costs are borne by the person making the return.

The process is simple and can be done in two different ways

a. You can go directly to the Returns Form and fill in the necessary information

b. Follow the following steps:

• You log into your account, where it has a breakdown of your recent orders
• Select the "Return" link (to the right of the box) and the design to return
• In the window that opens, select the product you want to return and the reason for its return
• Finally, on the last page, you choose the way you want your money to be refunded.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

a) Before sending the product – Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling 2322022855 Monday to Friday 08:00-21:00, and Saturday from 9:30-15 :30

b) After receiving the product you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days from the day of receiving the product.

• It is clarified that in order to proceed with the free product return, the product must be in the perfect condition received without damage and must be complete, in its original packaging. All footwear must be tested on carpet to avoid wear and tear. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents you received upon receipt.
• If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund, you will be refunded within 5-6 working days of the order cancellation date, or within 14 working days in exceptional circumstances at the latest.
• Shipping & cash on delivery costs are not refundable if you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal.
